In May 2021, TAP Electronics Ind. Co., Ltd. received the high-technology firm INNO-BIZ certification from Ministry of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and Startups.

INNO-BIZ is a compound word for Innovation and Business, the certification is given to small and medium sized businesses which have secured its competitiveness based on technological advantage.

INNO-BIZ certification is based upon four areas: technological innovation, technology commercialization, technological innovation management, and technological innovation performance. Companies that have shown continued growth for more than three years through technological innovation, and those who earned the technology innovation system evaluation score of 700 (out of 1,000) and a technology evaluation rating of B or higher will receive the certification.
