RoboEye S

The first to be equipped with a Full HD sewer inspection camera in the industry, RoboEye S promises the users more secure and reliable footage.

FULL HD CAMERA
For existing competing products, the low-resolution camera module of 720×480 SD image quality is generally adopted. Since the difference between SD image quality and Full HD image quality is overwhelming, the quality of Still-Image capture and Digital video recording of RoboEye S helps the contractors’ rehabilitation decision, by offering detailed analysis of defect points inside the pipe and the analysis results.

For the first time in the world, the RoboEye S is the optimal sewer inspection camera that provides a clear Full HD picture quality without any noise, even if it is connected to a very long cable of up to 1150ft (350m). It also provides stable images inside the sewer line without trembling or compromising image quality in real-time.
REMOVABLE MINI P/T CAMERA
When the camera is mounted on a push rod alone, it can be inserted into a minimum of 4-inch (100mm) and photographed in a minimum 5-inch (125mm) diameter pipeline when equipped with a transporter.

The camera unit is compatible with both the basic standard crawler - RoboCrawler S and the mini crawler - Robocam Jr. With this connector, which is ergonomically designed, the camera unit can be separated from various sizes of crawlers and assembled on the contrary.
REMOVABLE MINI P/T CAMERA
When the camera is mounted on a push rod alone, it can be inserted into a minimum of 4-inch (100mm) and photographed in a minimum 5-inch (125mm) diameter pipeline when equipped with a transporter.

The camera unit is compatible with both the basic standard crawler - RoboCrawler S and the mini crawler - Robocam Jr. With this connector, which is ergonomically designed, the camera unit can be separated from various sizes of crawlers and assembled on the contrary.
VARIOUS LAMP KITS AND SENSORS
The lighting in the revolving camera lens has 6 units of semi-permanent Super White LED lighting installed, which does not require a repair, and the front lamps are also equipped with 6 units ensuring there is no problem in shooting up to 24-inch (600mm) diameter pipes.
In addition, when Crown Lamp Kit and Tractor Bumper Lamp Kit are installed, it can view up to 50-inch(1250mm) diameter pipes.
It is equipped with an infrared sensor that can measure the diameter of the pipe by default, and users can add on an optional Laser Measurement function or 120x Optical Zoom function.

The RoboEye S is designed to allow all core parts to be easily replaced and all repairs to be done by users.
If the lighting does not work, the lighting block can be replaced; if the camera does not operate, the camera PCB board and module can be replaced; if the camera does not rotate, the rotation unit can be replaced – as mentioned, users can easily replace the faults in the field.

The replacement parts can be ordered online for a reasonable price, and be delivered to the customer’s front door within three business days.
